The Congregation Navy

Structure

The Admiral is the leader of the Navy, overseeing its movements from the High Cluster and answering directly to the Grand Arbiter and the Congregation. Below them, there are three territorial generals, each in control of a different ring of the archipelago. Below them are four commanders, one for the north, south, east and west. Each of these will have a command of a number of ships depending on resources, with each ship having its own captain.

Culture

The culture of the Congregation Navy is supposed to be like one large family, with everyone looking out for each other. In practice, this really only happens on individual ships, and there is often intense rivalry between crews that has led to bloodshed in the past. For that reason, the crews of most ships tend to give themselves a name based off of their ship, which they wear on their uniforms and carve into their weapons, inviting further rivalry.

Public Agenda

To protect the waters of the Salynas archipelago - more specifically, to prevent excursions of aquatic monsters to the more populated areas, and protect trade routes from pirates and other criminals.

Assets

20,000 ships, each of which is crewed by half a hundred men at minimum.
