the halfling handcarts and wagons
the handling hand carts and wagons are carts and wagons used for carrying goods to one place or another. the halflings use them to carry their belongings to and from cities. the halflings built these carts smaller than most carts because of there small size but they use wide wheels because the terrain they travel isn't the smoothest. handcart commonly only had two back wheels but the haflings added two more front wheels to make it easier to pull. for a handcart they commonly take two halflings to pull the cart along so it is man powered sometimes they need three or four people to push it up some more difficult hills. rarely a person gets injured using a handcart but some times they'll fall over and get run over by the cart and it doesn't do to much damage unless it hits your head. the wagons have four wheels and a larger bed to put more things in it and some times it will have a vertical Frame to put a canvas over and being able to carry people and have shade. the wagons are pulled by a beast of burden like a horse or oxen and they have one driver sit at a bench in the front of the wagon behind the animals to direct them. the halflings prefer the the handcart because they feel they have more control but they wagons also have a very high attraction to the because of the amount they can carry and the little amount of effort it is to have it move. the wagons and hand carts were Made of wood because it is the most abundant natural resource that would work. some times a wheel would break and cause problems so they always keep and extra wheel in the cart and each group of halflings has a carpenter who can make new wheels.
