the spear that strikes true

when Droffilc was in the majestic canyon he found a ancient city and in that city they fished for food in the river at the bottom of the canyon. they used spears to fish and catch the fish. he found they had enchanted one of the spears. the spear is made of wood with a 2 pronged tip at the end it doesn't look very fancy but was well kept. Droffilc found that when he tossed the weapon he say that it would land true on his target and after some magical study found that when he said return the spear would come back to his hand. when he tried fishing he found that the spear would drag the fish back with it as well. he says it took him a while to master it so he assumes it was given to the master hunter as a sign of power and respect in there society. he later found out that the wood from a cliff grapefruit bush making it extremely strong witch makes sense because if it was made of week wood it would Snape trying to return. he also found that they used a special technique to create a strong blade to pierce into the fish easier. also he found having intent wasn't enough for the spear to land where he wanted it but he had to put a lot of strength into the through and then the magic would kick In to land at the right spot. so it did require some effort to use and didn't make the hun completely easy. he tried using the spear against other things than fish and found the magic didn't work he thinks it is because it is a fishing spear and so the magic enhances the purpose of the tool rather than just making it always land true.
