The Sea of Blood

There are greater dangers in the Périan sea then seasickness. Fierce winds, brutal storms, creatures of the deep and pilfering pirates await those who leave the safety of shore. Still ships set sail from every corner of Iglossia. Some sail to the Bay of Smoke seeking gemstones or hidden knowledge. Other adventurers seek out the treasures from the ancient ruins of the Endras islands. Many stop at Néa Ark to present offerings to their gods so their journey may be completed safely. Of course any sailor knows that all ships sail through Avathres magnificent markets before completing a journey. No matter the starting point or the destination, despite the perils, any Iglossian knows, the seas are never empty.
