The Feathered Hand, lead by "The Feathered Cloak" make up one of the three factions of the Dawnhelm Guild of Theives. They are run by rougue preists of the church of Guss and are based in the warrens of Dawnhelm.

A Flowery Buisness

The Feathered hand runs the trade of the Flowerdust drug out of Dawnhelm and into the Elemental Iles where its popular with Genasi. In exchange for help running the drug buisness the Feathered hand offers protection and funding to people within the guilds boarders.
