Vecna Lord of Death
Vecna the Undying was one of the Quenguar apointed by Merlin the Elest to watch over the tower of Necromancy, yet centuries of meddeling with necromantic energy opend his mind to darkness, when he should have died still he lived on, and every second his power, his malace and his will to dominate all life grew.
Vecna became the Lord of Death in 3A 1938 when he staged a coup of Helden from within his dark tower ensnaring the minds of the population, killing the Royal Family and usurping the throne.
Vecna would go on to march on Eldenstar in the war of death a bloody and bitter conflict that would have tryumthed had not Merlin, the rest of the Quenguar and Eldenclaw himself came out to strike the Dark Lord down.
