The Crown Dominion was reformed into the Crown Union, the Crown Confederacy was established and Eldenclaw was appointed the Eternal Crown, rightful ruler of the Seal.

The Crown Dominion was reformed into the Crown Union, no longer one nation under the Dominion of the Queen, the land of the Seal was divided into the eight great kingdoms, each ruled by a Crown. Those monarchs would make up the Crown Council, a council created to debate and vote on rulings that would effect the entire Seal. In the early days of the Union it was decided that Eldenclaw would head this council the Eight Crowns appointing him the Eternal Crown, guardian of the Seal. The Eternal Crown, praised be his name, then appointed Queen Elania the Voice of the Dragon, to head the council in his absence and represent his will in debates.
