The Grand Palace
Alphamor 9 Outer Orbit Station
History
The Palace
The Palace is the centerpiece of the satellite station. Considered the official home of the Ruling emperor for the last 3 generations. The Palace Tower is only accessible through a private access elevator which branches into halls that connect to every main sector within the station. The tower was the original construction of the translators' guild and has been renovated multiple times since the first emperor was gifted the satellite. Elum Bengrul the First emperor became well known for his many alterations to the palace structure. Often building rooms and completely sealing them off, only to be discovered by later royalty. Draconus I also made many alterations to the station, besides his conversion to a monk military base the palace was further expanded to accommodate for his family as a permanent homestead.
The Royal Military
A Group of elite monk soldiers are trained at The Grand Palace station every year. The monasteries are divided into nine separate specializations. To become a member of the royal Military one must complete the preliminary training, learning the basics of each teaching from each master. Then one must dedicate to a single specialty and continue until graduated. After this the monk will be allowed to join the Royal Military.

To find one's inner balance of self to that of the world is to find order within the sea of unknowable disorder. For a wave has a known shape but the ocean is forever changing. The first teaching all monks receive from the Archipelago is the ability to Detect Ki, by focusing ones energy into their sight.
Training Ground: The Astral Archipelago sits at the southwest corner of the Grand Palace. Its training ground consists of large stony shore islands dotted with East Asian-style meditation rooms and more extensive spar grounds. The islands are connected by bridges and are surrounded by a cosmic purple sea created using hardlight technology.
