Maglubiyet
What Maglubiyet was the god of, no one really knows. They never really said, and no one was stupid enough to ask them. They simply arrived one day, absorbed the essences of three other gods, and demanded respect from the other divine beings. Grudgingly, most of them gave it. While not powerful enough to face many of them with their alliances, their was a certain fear that Maglubiyet created that no god truly wanted to cross.
Maglubiyet absorbed the essences of the god of Hobgoblins, Bugbears, and Goblins, and became the patron to all of them. With their power, the Goblinoids became a force to be reckoned with, creating kingdoms and empires of their own.
Maglubiyet was one of the gods slain by Atropus, the World Born Dead, causing a scattering of the great goblinoid hosts. No new one has formed in the thousand years since Maglubiyet's death.
