Axle is a mischievous racine fellow with a constant need to interject humor into the situation, especially dire ones. His accent is shifting, a strange melange of Outer Island mannerisms and customs that are the result of either an interesting childhood or an attempt to affect a more interesting demeanor. Underneath the humor and odd behaviors there is an edge to the man, and a somewhat blase attitude towards the dangers of the world and the horrors suffered by its people.
