Binder, the Soulcatcher

A pulsing blue blade found wrapped in oiled leathers, scrawled along the inside 'My Last Gift to the King of Madness.' It is generally the size of a broadsword but warped with runes throughout the middle. The handle is marked with alternating thin holes of strange definition, when the blade is swung and held loosely the wind whistling through the holes produces an almost melodious humming.
