Empress Hertegard Van Klanf
Van Klanf emerged from the jungles of Ssiria with the head of the Ssirian King and the envy of her nation. When the Old Caryll Empire was all but wiped off the face of the earth by the ire of Waxwing she quickly took control from the aging, corrupt Governor of Nova Caryll and declared herself the Empress, crowned in Ashe and Fire - the few sparks of resistance were quickly crushed by the capable hands of her loyal commanders.
What she intends now is a mystery to all, but the Empire has been active in diplomacy with the remaining powers of the Known World.
