Seiras, though currently under House Nebellam, is known for its civil wars between the four major clans. The official culture is Portuzian.

Government

Seiras is a monarchy currently under rule of House Nebellam. Whenever a clan wins the throne, they typically replace and execute the previous officials. This is done to solidify power in their house and their time on the throne.

History

Seiras was officially recognized as a country in 697, though at the time it was ruled by House Ormoth. The other clans of Seiras, House Nebellam, House Amnild, and House Interos often declared war to gain control of the country. Over the centuries the throne has passed from clan to clan.
During the Triple War, Seiras stayed out of the neighboring conflicts as they were in a civil war once again. The conclusion of the war transferred the throne from House Interos to House Nebellam.
