Baker

Bakers are usually basic cooks and serve a tavern or a restaraunt. Much less comon a baker can be found proficient in baking cakes and bread, but they are typically specialists and paid handsomely by nobles for their ability to make use of grains which are quite rare, and often used for making alcohol instead.
They will typically use mushrooms, insects, rodents, watermoss, seaweed, or algea to bake into a pie of sorts, or a stew. Their ingenuity is usually leveraged for making things into edible food more than making food delicious.
Prestige: Bakers are a luxury in Doskvol, and they are prized for their skill. They are regarded highly, and generally respected, especially if they cook for a noble house.
Accoutrement: Bakers will have access to a kitchen. They will also have a range of knives, crockery, and strange spices. They usually wear an apron and something to hold their hair back.
Training: A baker is a lifelong learner. Usually they are drawn to cooking in early life, whether that be a curiosity for the culinary arts, or a necessity to stretch out a meager pantry for survival. Very few decide to become a baker late and life and see success.
