Government Official

Whether it be a ministry head or district administrator, the job is the same, tie up everything in red tape and take as many bribes as you can. The government's job seems to be to act as a buffer between the people and the wealthy.
Prestige: Government officials are not well liked. Most are appointed, and do not serve the people.
Accoutrement: Robes of office and office space in a government building are usually what accompany the office. That and some measure of power and control over the populace.
Training: A stint in Doskvol Academy is usually required, but most are appointed based on who they know.
