Oryxus

A Demon, and the Governor of Bright Harbor. Oryxus is a humanoid demon covered from head to toe in black iron scales. Known as a Duke by Iruvian rackoning, he rules Bright Harbor fairly, but is known to be as hard in temperment as he is physically. He is well liked by most of Bright Harbor and has a good relationship with the Immortal Emporer and his Queen.
