Vendors hawk their various wares from shops and stalls. Sometimes they get their wares from shipments or from the local craftsmen. Sometimes they simply resell items that come into their posession.
Prestige: Rarely respected, the vendors are tolerated for the necessary service they provide. Just don't expect a fair price.
Accoutrement: Ledgers, wares, and plenty of coin. Most vendors know the secret of success is to get it from hand to lockbox as fast as ppossible.
Training: It seems every person born knows how to sell items. No real training is required.
