Raldrout, God of the Forge

Raldrout, God of the Forge is a Lawful Good God from the Pantheon of Society. Though the dwarves boast three patron deities, most believe Raldrout to be the one that created the fist dwarf. The tale goes that the first dwarfs skin was made of iron and had steel for bones, then Raldrouts great smithing skill made his creation its own being and able to recreate itself from the stone of the world.
Raldrout is also the smith for the gods. Rarely do deities require weapons or armor, but when they do require them Raldrout is the one given the task. A few of his creations have even made their way to the shattered lands and are often single handedly able to propel their wielders to great victories, but just as often are the reasons for great conflicts. The followers of Raldrout are often blacksmiths themselves or similar crafts-folk. And many of them wish to create works that are even a fraction as great as his.

Raldrout is present in all temples of society and holds a special place for the dwarves of the Raldrout Heresy as they treat him as the head of their faith. He also has many churches that double as smithies and is the patron god of many great forges and even many mining towns.
