The Shattered Realms Calendar

There are ten months in the Shattered Realms calendar, most containing 35 days (7 weeks), for a total of 355 days in the calendar year. With the lack of a day/night cycle for the planet, it can often be difficult to keep track of the day. Larger settelements have large clockwork mechanisms for tracking the days, while smaller villages often lose track, resetting themselves at the next Bloom of Renewal Festival.
The months - named for the major deities of the realm - are:
1. Verdanthius - A month celebrating new beginnings and the renewal of life, marking the start of the year.
2. Aerilis - A time for skyward aspirations and honoring those who navigate the skies.
3. Terrafirmus - A period of stability and growth, focusing on the bounty of the lands.
4. Sundara - A month of remembrance for the Great Sundering and a time to seek protection against future calamities.
5. Nebulonius - A mystical time for seeking hidden knowledge and understanding the secrets of the realms.
6. Solaria - A bright month dedicated to the light that guides and unites the realms.
7. Pyreanorius - A time of transformation and celebration of the dual nature of fire.
8. Aecorian - A month of respect for the seas and the life within, honoring the serpent of the depths.
9. Frigorium - A month where the cold, transformative power of winter takes hold.
10. Crepuscula - The final month, reflecting on the balance of light and shadow, and preparing for the cycle to begin anew. Crepuscula has 8 weeks instead of the usual 7, with the extra week spent celebrating the cycle's end.

There are 5 days in a week in the Shattered Realms. These are:
1. Skyday: Named after the skyfarers and the importance of air travel, marking the beginning of the week.
2. Earthday: Reflecting the stability of the floating islands and their connection to the titan Terrafirma.
3. Waveday: Honoring the seas and their deity Aecor, a reminder of the balance between land and water.
4. Fireday: Symbolizing transformation and renewal, associated with the fire god Pyreanor.
5. Twilightday: Representing the perpetual dusk and the deity Crepusculum, ending the week with reflection.
