Suten

Suten is the 18th representative of Gubrilion, the Goddess of the Forsaken. She is an elderly woman and is the oldest recorded representative to date and also perhaps the most prolific representative to date as well, although it is difficult to tell at first glance. The representatives of Gubrilion have always been the odd ones out from the rest of the representatives, as they have never really had a unified organization to help assist their work, like the Kikerion Cooperative or the University of Bamalion. They would frequently work alongside the other organizations when advised to by Gubrilion, but much of the work she told them to do was private or capable of being organized by only a small group of people with particular skill sets, so a dedicated organization was unnecessary and unwieldy.    Suten is the exception to that rule. While she still has not founded a formal organization, she has accrued a large number of dedicated assistants and supporters who generally follow her bidding, particularly in the poorer communities in Shindus. With that support, she work very heavily to disrupt the corruption and abuse being carried out by the Kikerion Cooperative and give those poorer communities a much stronger support network. While there was initially a large amount of resistance from the Cooperative leadership, she actually managed to put enough pressure on them through secretive sabotage of their farms and general support from the masses that the Cooperative ended up having to give ground to her and improve conditions. However, this was not a full coup, merely a shift in power.   However, after Liruka Seizhang, the 19th representative of Bamalion, was appointed, Setun pushed that pressure even farther. Although it is generally believed that Liruka singlehandedly organized and carried out the purges of corrupt Cooperative leadership, those who know how it really went down know that it would not have been possible without Setun pulling strings from behind the scenes.
