Dodge Challenger
Ok, so the Challenger’s design concept hasn’t changed very much since its initial revival in 2008, but the technology behind it most definitely has. The base model is powered by an old-school 7 litre V8 that runs on methanol fuel exclusively. The ultra high performance model, aptly named Brimstone, goes nuclear in a very literal sense. The car is powered by a scaled down nuclear fission turbine and requires its own specialized fuel and coolant.
- What this post leaves out is that the Brimstone edition of the car is illegal to own in places such as Tir Tairngire, Amazonia, and Aztlan.
- F34R
- Probably because spontaneous engine failure would lead to a small scale nuclear meltdown. This thing’s a rolling background count!
- Ice Queen
- You wouldn’t believe what kind of background checks you’d need to pass in order to buy one where it’s legal!
- Speedtrap
- Is no one going to mention how the normal version burns methanol as fuel? I know it burns pretty clean, but talk about old school!
