Lady of the Sky: Talisman of Fair Weather

Available at all Battlestone Bargin Boutiques, changes the Weather table used when travelling to a more favourable one. The whole party must have talismans for this effect to be possible.
A must have Item for any adventurers 5GP per talisman a silver amulet depicting a solumn woman, casting rain down from her hands. Said to offer protection to the worst of Skellige weather.
