Balaur rides the mortal world only when war and battle are upon it. Unlike the other gods the Incarnate of War dose not concern himself with the day to day lives of mortals nor does he walk among them often. Should there be a battle however, Balaur's presents is a sign of the divine right of the side he fights on; an omen from the God Empress for her favour. His adamantine armor seems to be fused to his skin and he mere presents in the world is enough to sow discord where there was none before.
