Anderson Dawes

Named after Anderson-Hyosung Cooperative Industries Group, the same company that is the namesake for the notorious Anderson Station, Anderson Dawes is a Belter who leads the insurgent Ceres Station OPA faction on Ceres station. When he was fifteen years old, one of his four sisters died due to his negligence securing her suit seals during a mission on an asteroid outside Eros.
As a Belter, the world of politics has never been open to him, but this Ceres liaison for The Outer Planets Alliance works tirelessly behind the scenes to rally the laborers and other less legitimate elements behind the cause. He recruited former UNN Colonel Frederick Lucius Johnson, the "Butcher of Anderson Station", into the OPA to function as Spokesperson and liaison between Earth and The Belt.
Dawes has very few identifying tattoos despite being one of the highest ranking and most well-known members of the OPA. His neck scars from where the low quality first-generation belter-made space suit joinings burnt his skin are more than enough to signal his work and dedication to The Belt.
