Black Sky

A pirate faction of The Outer Planets Alliance, in recent years Black Sky has taken on more hard-lined vigilante (or terroristic, depending on who you ask) approaches to further the OPA's cause. Their typical operation includes hacking into the ships and terminals of the Inners, whether to simply gather information all the way up to blowing the reactor cores and destroying the entire ship.
