Elyse Velez

Elyse is a worker at La Cage on Ganymede. A friend of Kai Dardanus, she helps the PCs out during their search for the missing girl. Elyse respects the members of the Blackbox for helping out Kai, and is always willing to spend time with them if they find themselves back on Ganymede. Of course if they're willing to spend something other than time, she might be even more willing to spend time with them.
