Secretary-General
The Secretary-General of the United Nations (UNSG or SG) is the head of the executive branch of The United Nations (the Secretariat) and is the head of state and government of the UN, and the commander-in-chief of the United Nations Navy.
As the Commander-in-Chief of the UNN, the UNSG has sole power over the Navy. While they need support from the United Nations Security Council, they can in practice order military attacks without further approval. Because of their supreme importance in the government of the leading superpower of the Sol system and beyond, the SG of the UN is often regarded as the single most powerful individual in inhabited space.
