Renzo
An enforcer in The Syndicate with the deadly and versatile Shifted ability of hydrokinesis. Before his powers manifested, Renzo was a driver for Zokyo, who would go on to be Renzo's mentor and teach him how to control his shifted abilities. Renzo and his partner, Mako, have been tasked with taking down the Vandals.

Renzo is a short, thin man, with narrow shoulders. He is obsessed with fitness, but no matter how hard he trains he can't seem to build muscle mass.
Facial Features
He has a narrow face, with sunken eyes, and a pale complexion. Renzo has a tendency to lean his head forward when he talks, glaring up from underneath his heavy brow.
Special abilities
Renzo's Shifted ability is hydrokinesis, the power to move and control water with his mind. He uses a series of arcane movements to focus his power, allowing him to create constructs capable of lashing out physically.
