You did it! You've made the decision to get a Spindle! We here at SpOre are excited for your journey with Spindle 2.0. You must have many questions about this product and how it's going to make your life better and we would like to answer those questions. You're well on your way to becoming a full blown Citizen, this is very exciting!

FAQ

What is a Spindle?

In Brief, a spindle is a small piece of technology slightly bigger than a grain of rice that once implanted, attaches itself to various systems within the brain, and to a Spindle capable network. Once initiated this tiny device acts as identification, access to your bank, medical history, access to the internet, and facilitates access to many other opportunities including but not limited to school, employment and even leisure.

Will is hurt to install?

Absolutely not, the procedure is painless and no more bothersome than a simple injection. In fact we typically perform this children as young as year with absolutely no side effects¹. Other procedures may require local aesthetic in order to ensure a limited motion and your comfort, but those can be discussed with your Spindle technician during your visit.

Do they need to be replaced?

Spindles are made with surgically approved metallurgy and are guaranteed to last ten years. When the time comes for an upgrade you'll receive plenty of notice and your spindle will make the appointment for you so you don't have to worry about forgetting it yourself².

Are Spindles Dangerous?

Spindles are rigorously tested to ensure the safety and ease of use for all our citizens. We work tirelessly with world governments to keep citizens safe while using SpOre products. Any and all claims to the contrary have been tested for and found false.

Agreement

By installing this product you agree to abide by the legal agreement below and all information therein to maintain the safety of oneself and the safety of others. Spindle and it's shareholders withing SpOre will not and cannot record, save, share, the personal information of the user. This includes but is not limited to, identification, medical information, and any possible imprints of brain activity.
The user agrees not to use the Spindle for purposes of committing a crime, wherein crime is defined by the laws of the government within the location the person is at the time of committal. The user also agrees to allow bank accounts to be opened in their name or provide the necessary transit documents to allow for the necessary basic income to be applied to their account.³
The Spindle has a Premium offering service that allows the user to upgrade and adjust accents to their lifestyle such as updating wardrobes, changing the appearance of controlled apartments. More information will be included in the pamphlets included with your welcome package.

¹ Side effects of the spindle have been adequately tested and perform well within the standard of all implantations as ratified by the United Terran Governments during the G90 Summit on 2/12/430.
²Any and all suggestions by other parties that the Spindle and it's upgrades can cause longterm memory loss have been unfounded during all testing performed by SpOre's team through research and development. SpOre cannot be held liable for Spindles that are out of date and not replaced, any and all issues arising from improperly or illegally acquired Spindles. Spindles should be installed only by licensed installation technicians.
³ The use of a Spindle for illegal and criminal behaviour is prohibited, and where applicable if the spindle determines the user will put themselves or others as great risk where great risk is defined as grievous injury leading to fatality, the spindle will enact protocols necessary to ensure the safety of user and other citizenery.
