Vecna, the selfish god of Undeath. Who's knowledge is only matched by his cruelty. He's hiding out from the Raven Queen's Wrath, legends say she wants to kill Vecna for releasing the secrets of Necromancy to the world, especially for telling Acererak the secrets of becoming a Lich.

Vecna follower follow three tenants.
1. Gaining power is worth more than any life.
2. The dead have no need for their shells, use them to your whim.
3. Holy warriors fight for foolish gods, kill them in the name of your own power.
