Alar

Alar is part of the settlement of Hollow Rock. He is also a notable member of the Conerite community there.
While relatively young, Alar is well read and able to hold his own in any conversation.  He is quite often able to sway people to his point of view.  While he has only lived on Hollow Rock for a few years, he is well regarded by his neigbors, especially by the other members of the Conerite cult
