Bryn Willis is the mayor of the settlement of Hollow Rock, a mining town on the planet Pearl.
Always seeking what's best for his community. He recently was caught up with ne're-do-wells who extorted him and his community for their silence while the pirates and the alien Ahzuur dug up and removed precursor artifacts from the planet.
A visit from the GCS Argus cleared up the sector's pirate problem and freed Hollow Rock from their onerous obligations
