Octavia

A captured spark who escaped from her opressors, The Technic League, Octavia is a magically inclined half-elf both radiant in personality and in appearance. Despite an initial frazzled meeting Octavia warmed up quickly once she learned the heroes were friendly, unlike her companion Regongar. She takes great lengths to maintain her apperance and can be attributed to Regongar making more of an effort to watch his image as well. She even got him to regularly bathe. After travelling together for a bit, She and Regongar parted ways with the heroes at Oleg's Trading Post.
