Red and Blu Kobolds

Located on Kobold Kay, in Redmont and Blufort, respectively, these Kobolds appear identical to each other in every way except for face paint marking them as members of the Red or Blu factions. There are frequent wars between the factions, sometimes about mining operations and sometimes about more trivial things.
