The Azure Vipers (Bandit Gang)

Structure

The leader of the Vipers (as much as a gang of bandits can have an official leader) is an unidentified individual that captured members of the Vipers have only referred to as the Duke.

Public Agenda

The Vipers are a band of thieves that operate out of the Bay Wood, ambushing merchant caravans and travelling nobles and relieving them of their valuables. There are rumors that these ill-gotten gains are then donated to those less fortunate, though most authorities believe this to be propaganda spread by the Vipers themselves.

Assets

Members of the Vipers are infamous for their marksmanship with all manner of bows, as well as their ability to disappear into the forest when they wish to.
