Cheifdoms of Erobret Fred

The Cheifdoms of Erobret Fred (Pronounced: Ero-Bret Freed) are decended from the dragon clans of the north which were conquered by the The Orrellian Empire in 538 PreS, later gaining freedom with the aid of the Anocracy of Destria. Even before conquest by Orrellian Empire they faced invasions from the north in the form of the Great Hunts. Under the rule of their High King the dragon clans of old have gained much prosperity and even pushed back the frost giants. The high kings for the past 500 years have ruled from the Citadel of Erobret Fred.

In 538 PreS, the Orrellian Empire enslaved the dragon clans of the north, forcing them to mine for resources found in the northern mountains.
In 178 PreS, the dragon clans broke away from Orrellian rule with the aid of the Anocracy of Destria. Thus they became their own nation of rival clans.
In 165 PreS, the clans united under Leonid Krastov "The Hero King", and successfully pushed back a Great Hunt.
In 112 PreS, Leonid Krastov died and a war of succession began among the clans. This war led to the system of succession used to the present date.
