You pick up new languages easily. When you learn a new language you learn to both speak and read it.

NOVICE:You learn an additional language.

EXPERT:You learn two additional languages for a total of three plus your native language(s). You can also immitate a specific dialect with a successful Commincation(Perfomance) roll.

MASTER:You learn three languages for a total of six plus your native language(s). You can also pick any one additional language you know and speak it like a native without any trace of an accent.
