Pseudodragon
Pseudodragons are a tiny dragon-kin known to be both playful and shy. Though not true dragons, pseudodragons were nonetheless highly valued for their role as wizard familiars.
Basic Information
Anatomy
On the surface, pseudodragons resemble their larger cousins, albeit a much smaller scale. They possess lithe bodies with wings and four clawed feet. However, pseudodragons lack many defining features of dragons. They do not have elemental resistances nor can do they possess breath weapons. Pseudodragons possess all the skin tones that chromatic and metallic dragons do, but their coloring has no bearing on their individual disposition or alignment.
Unlike dragons, pseudodragons can communicate telepathically in Common or Draconic, though their intelligence is often below that of an average human.
