Tulgar

The Tulgari, (sing. Tulgar) are a rare species of raiders that reside in the Elemental Chaos, where the Elemental Planes mix together without boundry or distinction, separating the elemental and the nonelemental planes. While their nonelemental nature has led to speculation that the Tulgari are native to a different plane, any evidence or record of such a migration has been lost.
Nomadic by nature, Tulgari are often suspicious of settled and agrarian species, inheriting the chaotic nature of their home plane. Tulgari can often be found among the elemental planes as mercenaries.
