High Lady Cylyria Dragonbreast (a.k.a. The Silent Lady)

Dragonbreast has been a figure in Sword Coast politics for longer than any can remember. Despite her youthful appearence, she has ruled Berdusk for over a century and the city has flourished under her rule. Little is spoken about her rise to power, or indeed any of her early exploits.
