Not a lot is known about Olkur.
During 300 and 301 PS, Olkure reached out to Mr Plutonian and convinced him to summon him to the material plane.
In late 301 PS the summoning was successful, However a team from the Wednesday Knights was present at the summoning and killed Olkur, returning him to The Nine Hells where he is likely began regenerating.
