Wastes

During the 21st century, hurricanes and other storms have destroyed nearly all cities and industrial areas. Most destroyed cities have been abandoned by nearly all former residents, leaving nothing but ruins behind. In the Netherlands, destroyed cities are called Wastes. They are home to small communities, and frequently visited by Collectors searching for supplies.
