Asmodeus, God of Indulgence

Overview

Asmodeus is the lord of the Nine Hells and the god of indulgence. The great archdevil rules from Nessus, the deepest layer of the nine hells, from where he commands his devil armies. Asmodeus appears as a horned, red-skinned humanoid with red eyes. He is tall and thin, and dresses in fine robes inlaid with gemstones. He is a brooding and cunning devil, managing the other devil lords of the nine hells and waging his opposition to the demons of the abyss and to the gods in the Sadur Basin.

Cast down by the other major gods in pre-proxian times, the archdevil has made enemy of gods and deities alike.

Worship of Asmodeus is forbade throughout the Sadur Basin. However underground cults in his name pop up every couple decades.
