Tiltspire

Rising out of the Earth at a 15-20 degree angle, this towering spire reaches up sixty metres into the sky and descends deep into the ground. Around it, the refugees from Cerelon have begun to make their home. The town uses the ground level floor of the The Tilted Spire as their town hall and as a source of shelter. So far, they have managed to construct a few small cottages and a water tower, enough to provide basic shelter to their current members.
