Author's note

I've come to the conclusion Marvel will just let writers give Noh-Var any power they can think of. There's no possible reason I can think of why the Kree Empire would go to the trouble of giving him the ability to control the rate at which is body hair grows, but for some reason it's a power he canonically has.
