Upset (due to getting dressed down by James Rhodes, and losing any chance of joining the Avengers), Peter Parker went to Luke Cage for advice.
Luke advised him that there was nothing wrong with being a street-level hero, and Peter should focus his efforts on having a normal life and protecting his neighbourhood.
