These small daggers are carved from a fang of the legendary deep dweller. Each dagger is a single piece; beginning with a smooth, sinewy handle before ending in a sharp point. Each dagger counts as magical for the purposes of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical piercing damage, and deals an additional 1d4 psychic damage on a hit. The daggers can be wielded separately or as a pair. While you wield these daggers as a pair, they emit wistful echoes andshrieks when passing by each other. Any creature that is within
10 feet of you and can hear the shrieks has disadvantage on attack rolls against you. In addition, the psychic damage the daggers deal increases to 1d6. This has no effect on creatures immune to the frightened condition.
