A whip, made from hardened leather and layered with hooked spines crafted from the a deep dweller fang. The whip is black and rubbery in texture, and appears to twitch slightly when unsheathed. This whip counts as magical for the purposes of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical slashing damage, has a +2 to attack and damage rolls, and deals an additional 1d4 psychic damage on a hit.
You can spin the whip in a figure 8 motion around you as an action on your turn. The whip remains spinning in this way for 1 minute, during which time you must concentrate on it as if concentrating on a spell. For the duration, the whip emits haunting shrieks and wails, audible out to 100 feet. Any creature that start its turn within 10 feet of you or enters that range for the first time on a turn takes 4d4 psychic damage.
The whip can perform this figure 8 feature once. It regains the use of this feature each day at midnight.
