Vincentius Augustalis

The Duke of the eastern coast has three missing fingers on his right hand. Due to this, he dedicated much of his time to honing his mind instead of his mussel. He appends to be prone to bouts of alcoholism. And is boisterous but a friendly fellow. He is married with two daughters, who he shelters.
