The Trench Realms

Welcome to The Trench Realms, the main focus of my (heavily homebrewed) D&D campaigns. This Prime Material Plane suffered a large-scale calamity roughly 800 years ago called The Tribulation. While most of the world has recovered from the massive geographic, environmental and even timeline damaging events, echoes of them are still felt and encountered. It is up to my wonderful players to decide on their own paths and how to deal with the villains, heroes and gods they can encounter on their path.   Long-term campaigns in my setting will gain a strong focus on backstory-driven conflict while shorter campaigns only tend to focus on player-driven, history-affecting events. I want my mythic fantasy world to be written by not just me because that's the beauty of this game.   My games are heavily homebrewed and I recommend checking out the various rule articles.
